The Pons family produces oil since 1945,  already in its fourth generation. Major exporter, mainly to Italy, USA, England and Australia. The property is in the area of Les Garrigues, Lleida, oil elaborated from Arbequina variety, milled in mill stone. It's green, fruity, soft and delicate with an intense aroma. This oil is obtained from olives collected during the first 48 hours of processing L'Albagés population. They are small Arbequina olives, slow performance, bright green and are hand collected in late October with a maximum degree of freshness and liveliness. Limited Edition, only oil is produced exclusively with maximum intensity corresponding to the beginning of each harvest.
