La Molisana Flours are extraordinary semolina, produced from the finest varieties of durum wheat, with the expertise of a family of millers for four generations. Unlike traditional flours, Gli Sfarinati - La Molisana are not refined, therefore they are richer in nutrients, fiber, vitamins and mineral salts. In addition to traditional semolina, ideal for homemade pasta, La Molisana produces re-milled semolina in the classic, whole meal and pizza versions. The re-milled semolina is subjected to a double grinding process in order to reduce its granularity and facilitate its processing. This makes it suitable for all preparations in which flour is normally used (biscuits, sweets, cakes and pizza).
