  • Each cookie is free of added flavors, colors, artificial sweeteners, stabilizers, hydrogenated fats, and preservatives. This is why no two cookies are exactly the same. If you want to eat a simple oat cookie or a digestive biscuit: this is it!
  • Cookie. We persevered with developing this cookie, and the end result is the perfect digestive biscuit, and without the specialty palm oil on the ingredients list! The Fiber Cookie is our version of the digestive biscuit: It's plain and simple in taste, and made with milk and coarse grits that we grind in the factory before making the dough. Just the right amount of brown sugar to see you through a tea break, this is a dry buttermilk biscuit that crumbles in your mouth.
  • Box. A box of fiber cookies contains seven sachets, and each sachet contains two fiber cookies neatly packaged.
  • Material. The Digestive Biscuit did the way it should: with whole wheat and oat flour, contrasted with butter (not cheap palm oil), brown sugar, milk, and salt. Butter and sugar and milk are methodically creamed together, and then a combination of flour is added. Salt is an important tool, as it always accompanies cookie making, and it balances the flavor of the cookie.
