This cheddar combines a sweet and tangy caramelised onion marmalade with Ford Farm's famous Farmhouse Matured Cheddar.

Made from pasteurised whole cow’s milk, it is pale yellow in colour and soft textured. The caramelised onions dot the cheese and add a delicious sweet and rich flavour.

This Cheddar with Caramelised Onion is covered in dark green wax, giving it a beautiful presentation ideal for serving on a cheese platter or for gifting.

About Ford Farm Cheesemakers:

Ford Farm is located in the rolling Dorset Downs of Southwest England. It is one of the few remaining traditional farmhouse cheddar makers, using methods and recipes that date back many hundred years. They use the highest quality milk, sourced from local, free-range dairy herds. The cheddars are aged and graded regularly by in-house graders to check their progress, and released when they have achieved optimum flavour.
