To produce our frozen dragon fruit cubes, we separate the flesh of the white dragon fruit from the peel then cut it into cubes and freeze it here in the UK. We use about 3 average size white dragon fruit to make one 600g bag of frozen cubes. They're perfect for adding to your cocktails, smoothies, fruit salads and desserts.
