Ford Farm's legendary Coastal Cheddar combined with zingy lime marmalade, and piquant chilli pepper. The lime blends beautifully with the mild heat of the chilli to provide a slightly soft, sweet and tangy flavour.

Made from pasteurised whole cow’s milk, it is pale yellow in colour and has a soft texture.

Serve it on a cheese platter, make a grilled cheese, or add cubes to your favorite salad for a burst of flavour.

About Ford Farm Cheesemakers:

Ford Farm is located in the rolling Dorset Downs of Southwest England. It is one of the few remaining traditional farmhouse cheddar makers, using methods and recipes that date back many hundred years. They use the highest quality milk, sourced from local, free-range dairy herds. The cheddars are aged and graded regularly by in-house graders to check their progress, and released when they have achieved optimum flavour.
