Wensleydale With Cranberries - Ford Farm
- Product SKU: FRA/1196
Ford Farm Wensleydale is a mild and soft cheese with aromas of honey. Wensleydale is blended with dried, sweetened cranberries to provide a cheese that is both open and supple in texture and complemented with the tangy flavour of dried cranberries.
Serve as part of a cheeseboard and enjoy with a glass of cider or a glass of crisp, dry white wine or even champagne. This is a great all year round cheese but naturally the festive colour of the cranberries also makes Wensleydale with Cranberries a great festive treat.
This Wensleydale is covered in a beautiful burgundy wax, giving it a stunning presentation ideal for serving on a cheese platter or for gifting.
About Ford Farm Cheesemakers:
Ford Farm is located in the rolling Dorset Downs of Southwest England. It is one of the few remaining traditional farmhouse cheddar makers, using methods and recipes that date back many hundred years. They use the highest quality milk, sourced from local, free-range dairy herds. The cheddars are aged and graded regularly by in-house graders to check their progress, and released when they have achieved optimum flavour.
